These terms of use (“Terms”) govern your use of Lookupper (“App”), which is owned and operated by Aleksei Vekhov (“Owner”), whose email address is [email protected]. By using the App, you agree to Apple’s standard end user license agreement (EULA) and to these Terms. If you do not agree to any of these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Ownership and License

The App is the property of the Owner, and the Owner grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes on any device owned or controlled by you. You may also use the same license provided by the App Store Connect via Family Sharing.

2. Use of App

You may use the App only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose, and you must not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.

3. Pro upgrade Terms

The Owner offers different plans for the App and may add or remove plans or change features. Information about plans can be found in the App. Subscriptions plans renew automatically until canceled. Lifetime plans have no time limit and require only a one-time purchase. Payment is charged in advance and is non-refundable. You are agree to automatic updates for the program.

4. Maintenance and Support

The Owner responsible for providing all maintenance and support services for the Licensed Application. Apple has no obligation to provide any such services.

5. Privacy

The Owner respects your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with the Owner’s Privacy Policy.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and the Owner makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Owner will not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the App or any other provision of these Terms.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Owner and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

9. Changes to Terms

The Owner reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App following such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.
