How do I activate the key?
Open Lookupper → Settings, scroll to the very bottom and press Activate Key. The email with the key arrives right after payment.
Can I get a refund?
Of course: within 7 days of payment for a monthly key, within 30 days for a yearly one. Write to creator@lookupper.com; you don’t have to give a reason.
How do I turn off auto-renewal?
In My keys, press the Turn off button.
What do I do if I change computers or reinstall Windows?
In My keys, press Unbind all, then activate the key again on the new computer. You can do this as often as you like.
How do I pay in another currency?
Press Continue to payment: the next page offers most currencies and local payment methods.
Why no lifetime license?
Every cloud request costs us money, and a one-time payment would run out sooner or later. A subscription keeps the app alive. Offline dictionaries and offline translation stay free without one.
