General Information

You are purchasing a license (license key) that activates Lookupper Pro — the extended feature set in the Lookupper app for Windows. The order process is handled by the online reseller PayPro Global, Inc. They handle all customer service inquiries and refunds. All matters related to storing and securing your payment data are handled by them — we do not store your card details.

To use Lookupper Pro, you need to purchase a license: monthly, annual, or lifetime. After purchase, the license is automatically linked to your email address.

License Limitations

The Lookupper Pro license purchased on the website works only with the Windows version of the application.
If you’re using Lookupper on macOS, please purchase a license via in-app purchases in the app downloaded from the Mac App Store.

Pricing

You can purchase a Lookupper Pro subscription for 1 month, 1 year, or lifetime access.

If you buy or renew a subscription during a sale or using a promo code, it will continue to renew at the same price — as long as auto-renewal is enabled. Price increases do not affect your active subscription.

Receiving the License Code

After successful payment, an activation code will be sent to your email.
Enter this code inside the Lookupper app under the Lookupper Pro tab.

Code Activation

  1. Open Lookupper and go to the Lookupper Pro tab.
  2. Click “I already have a license”.
  3. Paste your license code and click “Activate”.
  4. The app should immediately recognize Lookupper Pro. If not, contact us at creator@lookupper.com.

Activation Rules

You can activate your license an unlimited number of times, but only on the number of devices allowed by your plan.
If you’ve reached the device limit, you can reset all activations using the “Reset device bindings” button at: https://lookupper.com/licenses

After the reset, the license can be reactivated on any devices. There’s no limit to the number of resets.

Refunds and Returns

You can request a refund for annual or lifetime licenses purchased on https://lookupper.com.
Subscriptions purchased through other platforms are subject to their respective refund policies.

Important: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

For annual and lifetime plans, a 30-day money-back guarantee applies.
If you request a refund within 30 days of purchase, the license will be deactivated and the payment refunded.

Requests made after the 30-day period will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Partial refunds (e.g., for unused time) are not guaranteed but may be discussed with support.

Processing time depends on the payment method and usually takes up to 10 business days.

Auto-Renewal

Auto-renewal is enabled by default. When your current subscription period ends, it will automatically renew and charge your account.

You can disable auto-renewal at any time via your account dashboard:

The license will remain active until the end of the paid period and will then expire.
Canceled subscriptions cannot be resumed. After expiration, you will need to purchase a new license to continue using Lookupper Pro.
